As items are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed.
If there is an error in your order or you have unavoidable circumstances, please submit a request here within 72 hours of ordering and while the order period is open.
Requests made after that time cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
